Meaning / example :-
Sometimes striving to achieve a goal is more exciting than achieving a goal (which is why we often try for new goals when this happens). When we travel, to go on holiday for instance, the anticipation and the getting there can be asmuch fun, or more, than actually arriving. Or, once we have achieved our goals, obtained the object of our desires, we can feel disappointed
